FAQs

  • We offer a range of recovery therapies including infrared sauna, traditional sauna, ice bath/cold plunge, water immersive contrast therapy, compression boots, mat Pilates, yoga and relaxation spaces.

  • Yes, bookings are recommended to ensure availability, especially during peak hours. Walk-ins welcome, may be available but not guaranteed.

  • All clients must always keep bathers/swimwear on. This includes saunas, ice baths and any shared recovery zones. Compression boots require socks to be worn at all times.

    Nudity is not permitted in the centre.

  • For hygiene, cleanliness and comfort for all clients. Shared recovery equipment such as saunas and ice baths requires a hygienic barrier between skin and surfaces. Wearing bathers also helps us maintain a professional, inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and respected.

  • Please bring:

    • A towel

    • Your bathers

    • A water bottle (drinks available for purchase)
      Towels are required to be placed on sauna benches during your session.

  • Yes, towels can be hired or purchased if you forget your own.

  • Always consult with your healthcare provider before using saunas, cold plunges or compression therapies if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have medical concerns.

  • Sauna sessions typically run for 30 minutes. Ice bath sessions vary depending on your tolerance and experience, our staff can guide you safely.

  • Yes. All areas are mixed gender unless stated otherwise. This is another important reason why bathers must be always worn.

  • Our recovery centre is designed for adults. Please check with staff for age requirements before booking.

  • To keep Aspire Recovery a clean and safe space for everyone:

    • Bathers must always remain on

    • Shower before entering ice baths 

    • Sit on a towel in the sauna

    • Wear appropriate non-slip footwear in all walkways to prevent slipping on wet floors

    • No lotions or oils in ice baths or saunas

    • Please report any spills or hygiene concerns to staff immediately

  • Yes, cancellations or changes must be made within our notice period. Please check your confirmation text or email for details.

  • Yes! Ask our team about session packs and memberships designed to support regular recovery.
