This class blends core strength, mobility, and controlled movement, with options provided throughout to either simplify or progress each exercise. You’ll be guided in a supportive environment where you can move at your own pace while still feeling challenged.
Led by our expert instructors, you’ll improve strength, posture, and body awareness leaving each session feeling stronger, more balanced, and re-energised.

We offer a range of recovery therapies including infrared sauna, traditional sauna, ice bath/cold plunge, water immersive contrast therapy, compression boots, mat Pilates, yoga and relaxation spaces.

Yes, bookings are recommended to ensure availability, especially during peak hours. Walk-ins welcome, may be available but not guaranteed.

All clients must always keep bathers/swimwear on. This includes saunas, ice baths and any shared recovery zones. Compression boots require socks to be worn at all times.
Nudity is not permitted in the centre.

For hygiene, cleanliness and comfort for all clients. Shared recovery equipment such as saunas and ice baths requires a hygienic barrier between skin and surfaces. Wearing bathers also helps us maintain a professional, inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and respected.

Sauna sessions typically run for 30 minutes. Ice bath sessions vary depending on your tolerance and experience, our staff can guide you safely.

Yes. All areas are mixed gender unless stated otherwise. This is another important reason why bathers must be always worn.
