Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Aspire Recovery Centre respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, respond to our advertising or use our services.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you enquire, complete a form, make a booking or purchase, or communicate with our team. This may include your name, email address, phone number, booking and purchase history, preferences and the contents of your messages.
Please do not include health, injury or other sensitive information in website, social media or advertising enquiry forms.
Our website and connected services may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed and interactions with our website or advertisements.
How we use information
We use personal information to answer enquiries, arrange and manage bookings, provide services, process purchases, communicate about your visits, keep business records and improve our website and customer experience.
With your consent, we use your contact details to send news and offers by email and SMS. You can unsubscribe using the instructions in a marketing message or contact us to change your preferences. Essential booking and service messages may still be sent.
If you submit a Facebook or Instagram enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to submit and use them to respond to your request. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Bookings and service providers
Our website is hosted by Squarespace and our online bookings are provided through Fresha. When you book or pay through Fresha, your information is also handled under Fresha’s privacy policy and the policies of its payment providers.
We may share information with team members and providers who need it to deliver services, manage bookings and payments, host our website, support our systems or help manage our communications and advertising. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Some providers process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and European countries such as the Netherlands. The locations depend on the provider and service. Their privacy policies explain their international processing arrangements:
Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. It also uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising and support relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These technologies may send information about your device and website activity to Meta, which may associate it with your Meta account.
You can manage cookies in your browser and adjust advertising preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. Read the Meta Privacy Policy for more about Meta’s handling of information.
Storage and retention
Personal information is held in the business systems we and our service providers use. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access or disclosure. No online service can guarantee complete security.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain required records, resolve issues and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed and no retention requirement applies, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove identifying details.
Your choices, access and complaints
You can contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, ask about deletion, withdraw consent where applicable or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
We will review privacy complaints, investigate the circumstances and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
