Sculpt is a results-driven mat Pilates class focused on toning and strengthening the entire body. Through controlled, targeted movements, you’ll work deep into the muscles to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance definition.

With progressions and modifications offered throughout, this class is designed for all levels, whether you’re just starting or ready to push further.

Core & Restore is the perfect balance of activation and recovery. This class focuses on building deep core strength while incorporating slow, controlled movements, stretching, and release work.
Designed to leave you feeling centred and refreshed, you’ll improve stability, mobility, and posture while giving your body the chance to reset.
With a calm, supportive flow, this class is ideal for all levels, whether you’re looking to unwind, recover, or reconnect with your body.

Flow Open Level with Merinda | Open Level Mat Pilates – Move Your Way
Our Open Level Mat Pilates class is designed for everybody, whether you’re brand new or looking to build on your existing practice.
This class blends core strength, mobility, and controlled movement, with options provided throughout to either simplify or progress each exercise. You’ll be guided in a supportive environment where you can move at your own pace while still feeling challenged.
Led by our expert instructors, you’ll improve strength, posture, and body awareness leaving each session feeling stronger, more balanced, and re-energised.
No matter where you’re starting from, we’ll meet you there.

Burn & Lengthen is a dynamic, full-body mat class designed to challenge and energise. Expect a combination of controlled strength work and lengthening movements that target key muscle groups while improving flexibility.
You’ll feel the burn through core-focused sequences, followed by intentional stretches to create space and balance in the body.
With options to progress or modify, this class is suitable for all levels perfect for those wanting to build strength while moving with control and flow.
